@Shawn Ackerman It definitely is much easier to put NYC higher income to work in Midwestern properties with a lower point of entry; especially when you can't find much that makes sense or doesn't have a ridiculous cap rate.

The buttons in the top sticky are ridiculously large.And, when I scroll within the reply sticky at the bottom, it scrolls the content, when I get to the top of the reply, even though my cursor is still hovering in the reply section.I like most of what BP does, but your UX team really missed the mark on this one.
