$200 rental reinspection fee

a village i know requires $100 rental inspection fee each time a new tenant arrives.

and if you fail, there is a $200 reinspection fee.

This is done by code enforcement who has really no experience/background in construction. they're cops!

i just had to post this to say how ridiculous some of these towns are.
