Lawyers participate in the real estate sale process as a matter of custom and practice.

I haven't been investing long but I have about 990,000 in equity (estimated based on sales price of comps in the area). 

Is it in conjunction with a letter from the sellers giving the residents info about the sale?

Purchase price: $345,000 Cash invested: $101,000 Sale price: $565,000 Traditional fix and flip in a very tight market sold with 40-year high interest rates (Oct 2023).

That means I got the park minus the home sales for $294,000 with two single-family homes.

Do you know of any brokerages that allow agents to serve as both agents and PMs?I haven’t seen this in my searches, but wanted to ask. Thanks.
