I've been circling the investment online world for about a year now.

I've gotten quite a few calls over the years from people who have seen the property's photos online and immediately say they'll give me a deposit and sign the lease.My response is always the same - I don't rent to anyone who hasn't seen the property and gone through the approval process.

Any services you purchase on line legal or insurance related would be generic.

In my county, I have to physically go to the Assessor's office to get it because the records aren't available online. 

That brief meeting might fuel the courage they need to call you later on so always leave things positive.
