I'm a new investor in Idaho falls. I have one single family rental and plan to buy another this year. I'm hoping to find or create a rei meet up group locally as I was only able to find one listed online and never got a call back so I assume it is no longer happening. I really need to find good team members (realtor, cpa, lawyer, ect) if you are from here and want to meet I'd love that. If you are from here and have great people I'd love their information. Thanks!
