Just submitted an offer on one yesterday for a client.

If someone offers you 2x what you paid now, take it and do it again.

I have had a State Farm homeowners policy but they won't renew because it's a rental and they don't offer RDI.Would love to find a broker who could help.  

When the reversal comes from the Credit Card company, from my experience PayPal offers the seller no protection.

I have quite a bit of equity living in CA and my rentals are practically paid for.....I spoke to my CPA and he had some input as well, seek legal advice and make sure you get that umbrella policy first from your insurance provider.  

Who has offered this?  

If it is not signed, it is not a binding commitment... it was an offer.
