Basically what title says, I've looked over craigslist but some shady deals/areas, 600/month cash, would like just a bedroom and a bathroom and a kitchen to cook food.doesn't matter if its a shared bathroom, I don't drink, strictly on buisness, would be month to month, I can put down a deposit, and would do a lease if it made you more comfortable.

Additionally, while CPAs can (and should be) in close talks with clients as they form business entities to advise on tax and accounting matters, they should not physically set up the entity nor should they advise on legal technicalities such as asset protection and liability issues.

@Christina Hall none of that matters at all as far as the process to take possession of a property you acquire via some type of auction.

He seems to be under the impression that because it is a multifamily I will be required to put at least 25% down, and he doesn't think that it matters if it is owner occupied or the number of units.
