I know I could go through a Lawyer that does some local title companies docs and when I called I was told its about 500 plus the title search fee if I wanted one.   

I don't have any real estate clients locally.

Reach out to your local NARPM chapter and attend a few meetings.

@Marcus Clouse..I'm not an expert in your market but do a good amount of construction lending. 

Enrolling was quick and much more affordable than what were paying locally.

Also, if you know any successful local investors in Atlanta, that might be a good place to start as well.

You will meet local investors, agents, wholesalers, title companies, etc.

Some of the streets are less desirable because of the slope of the road/sidewalk and all the locals know you can't walk or drive on that street in the winter....something you don't know as a out of town investor.
