But how can do some dew diligence on the place. how can i find out how rent is doing or if the city is growing etc.

I am 20 in Arizona... investing in real estate has always been my desire and been a growing passion for years.I am finding answers to countless of my questions and I just wanted to say, "Thanks."

The area we have targeted is where we grew up- so we know it well, and has better projected revenue for us- the area is growing and alot of commercial investors from NYC are putting money into the community: parks, arts/crafts store fronts, cafes, restaurants.

:oops: I'm now ready to grow some and get it stared!

Short sales and preforclosure is a small part of my bussiness currently but about 18 months out I can see that growing exponentially.
