Missing property management - are you going to self-manage this property?

Looking to surround my self with successful people, network, and most importantly learn. 

Would you self manage from a distance or hire a PM?

Mine did, and saved me (easily) the cost of tax prep; and I'd been self-preparing for over 30 years - - - during which time I now realize I paid some "stupid tax".Best to you - whatever you decide.

I wanted to touch and feel and had every intention of self managing.

I plan to self manage for at least the first year.
