Getting pumped to get the skin in the game

Hey guys, Alex here from Addison, IL.  Been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast for the last couple of weeks.  In 2008 and 2009 earned top 100 Chicago Realtor title.  Had some financial missteps ,and pretty much starting all over again.  I have a property i've been house hacking for last few years.  Plan is to sell, move somewhere in Pinellas County FL, and definitely invest in Real Estate. Looking to surround my self with successful people, network, and most importantly learn.  Im looking forward talking to you guys and gals.
