Account Closed Spec - although trying to educate myself on all aspects of smart window selection in regards to budget.

Depending on educational and actual brain capacity, things could not work out.

It might not generate a ton of cash or appreciate in value but you'll learn the ropes of real estate investing, which will be an inexpensive education vs. getting something large.Dive right in!

I choose real estate to help pay for my children's education, hopefully go on that big family trip and to have financial freedom. 

Educate her on the options and pro/cons of each and let her decide which best fits her needs/desires.

I always recommend these 3 things to people beginning in Real Estate Investing:1) Do a lot of research here2) Do not spend a lot of money with coaches, it would be much better to put that money to work and learn from experience, I'm not against coaches or education, but you need to be careful as there are some that are really bad3) There are many real estate clubs out there, visit them, select your favorites and meet other investors working your area.

To find sellers yourself.Bottom line all commercial deals need: a team, some cash, alot of education.  

My question is, what additional education should I seek to help assist me in obtaining my license while  attending school.
