Hello Everyone,

My name is Pete Perez and I just graduated college this past June. I've started my career as an Engineer in the Anaheim, CA area. I currently live in the Inland Empire. I want to break into investing in income properties, and build wealth over the next phase of my life. I will be pursuing buy & hold investments over the coming years and am really excited to get started. I just finished Rich Dad Poor Dad, so my goal at this point is sort of abstract. I want my asset column to grow large enough to balance out, and eventually surpass my expense column. I look forward to chatting with experienced investors and learning as much as I can.
