My main objective is cash flow for passive income and to eventually live off this.

These days are not too difficult to find double-digit fixed-income private placement offering.

@Amanda Aesho Of course it's always best to invest in your local market but only if your market fits your investment objectives and criteria.

Anything above that should be directed to real estate if that is your objective.  

Also, I suspect there is language in your loan docs that says one act of forbearance (accepting your payment from the LLC), doesn't waive their right to object to future problems.To me, the whole thing boils down to 4 things:a) Are you technically violating the Due on Sale / Alienation clause in your loan docs?

The downside there is I won't get the chance to overcome any objections he might have as I could on the phone.Thoughts?

I watched a BP podcast where it was discussed that telling others about your objectives/goals increases the likelihood you will accomplish those objectives like you said to avoid embarrassment.
