Long distance owner, no tech, how best to sign contract?
So I have a property I am looking to wholesale. The owner's mother no longer lives in the home. The owner is out of town and does not want to deal with it. The house is going as is, furniture plates and all.
The issue is the owner is not a heavy tech user. I am trying to see if fax is an option.
Anyways, my question is how best to make an offer and get the agreement signed? Do I make the offer over the phone the send the agreement after? My concern there is the owner has time to think about it and back out. My other thought is to just mail him the agreement and let him see my offer in the mail. The downside there is I won't get the chance to overcome any objections he might have as I could on the phone.
Thoughts?
