It is your last defense behind insurance and properly running your business.

There is almost no defense against paying “too much” at least once or twice.

There seems to be much negativity towards wholesaling on this site particularly, so if I come off a bit defensive its not without provocation.

A tenant who pays rent on time is not worth the criminal defense, like Steve pointed out above.Honestly, I am surprised that you are even considering letting her grow this in your house.

About the only defense a wholesaler might have with an RE Commission is saying they decided not to buy and assigned the contract.

Getting physical with anyone is rarely a good idea if you can't definitively prove self-defense. 

As with most any investor conference, REIA event or even local meetups...the value tends to come from the quality and quantity of interactions with those in attendance.  

There's a difference between getting sued personally and winning (because you have an LLC) and losing (because you held the property in your own name).Insurance is the best first line of defense.
