I don't like the term wholesaling (even though its what I do). What would be a better name for a "wholesaler"? I like Real Estate Marketer. What do yall think?

Why label yourself at all? When I make calls to sellers on potential wholesale deals I call myself "Nancy." When I talk to potential buyers I still call myself "Nancy" and say that I connect properties from sellers to investors. I am also an investor so sometimes mention that if the person on the phone asks. Nobody, except those who work in the real estate segment, care about your job title. So keep it simple and say your name and talk about the benefit you provide to the seller or buyer.
