What I want to start doing is start reading books on changing my attitude and (recent college grad) start pursuing this instead of my law enforcement career.

I plan on being a part time real estate investor throughout a career in the military.Thank you to the Bigger Pockets community for everything you've already taught me, I look forward to sharing my first investing experiences with you in the future.

As much as you can learn online don't forget about getting out in the field and meeting people aka potential private lenders.

Hopefully I will quickly build up a knowledge base and skill set in real estate investing to enable me to transition into wholesaling and rehabbing.I am very excited to be embarking upon this new career and  look forward to meeting some of you as I move along this journey!
