The defense spending is even higher when we note a lot of the misc spending in the budget is towards overseas subsidies which support more military activity.

They have said they would like to sell the house to me and have not actively marketed it yet.

I'm thinking it's best not to engage in such activity.

Get active in your local real estate investing associations near you and learn as much as you can.
