Introduction for the Dallas area

Hello everyone!

I have been reading these forums and listening to the pod casts for a while now and have finally decided to post. I tend to be more of an introvert so I am working on being more outgoing as it will be beneficial in any business I pursue.

I am 28 and purchase my first home 2yrs ago. It was a duplex for $150,000 that rents for $1500 per month. I purchased it with a FHA loan and then a year later moved out and purchased another home for my primary residence in North Dallas. I now rent both sides!

I am currently looking at the possibly of purchasing another small multifamily property but I don't exactly know the Dallas market very well and I do not have many connections, so if you are in the Dallas area hit me up!
