One side has been rented since April for $1250 which includes tenant maintaining the yard, other side was just rented for Aug 1st for  $1300.Signed a very happy investor,Joe 

I'm thinking perhaps a salvage company might buy the homes for something or perhaps a church might want the homes for a camp....Anyone ever had a similar experience and what did you do?  

Also, you are not allowed to put up a tall privacy fence completely around your house or yard.

Hiring back yard mechanics, and friends of friends to complete tasks that should have been carried out by professionals.

The entire neighboring building looks like a junk yard so I'm not hopeful the owner would be much help resolving the issue.I imagine the garage will be grandfathered in, but it might be worth asking a lawyer what the options are there.

In addition, there are really hot flipping markets in your back yard (PG and parts of DC) where flips are being done for relatively low purchase and rehab prices. 

The last time it rained there was a yard debris line present about 1 ft from the foundation on the low side ( drive is on the high side, about 2 ft of fall across property) this line is above where the storm water exits.

Backyard is block wall fenced (good) with nothing and I mean nothing in the yard. 

However, it looks like these incredibly prolific  25' trees are worth at least $600 each, when professionally transplanted into the yards of wealthy gardeners.
