I have worked for a professional painting company for 3 years before I took a job in the Murrieta California area as a race mechanic for BarX Suzuki.

But I do know this, Ashley and I started in 2012 as Broke Kids. ( literally I was going door to door with my pressure washer trying to get enough work for grocery and bill money washing houses for a mere $75 a pop) Last year we got out of the Rat Race.

The more properties you own and the more leveraged you are, the higher the 'risk' you are, and the more likely this is to happen - "owns a bunch of rental properties" is not a "protected class" the way gender and race are, so they can discriminate on this basis if they wish. 

Money is getting cheaper and its a race to the bottom at the moment. 

But stop with the high-horse posts.

I would be a minority person in every sense-race, gender, marital status, kids, age, occupation, etc.

Congrats on coming out ahead even after all of that horse*hit.

So I was off to the races and pumping out an article every week, each one being sent to BP's many email subscribers.

After entering corporate America I've also realized I want to get out of the rat race as soon as possible, using real estate to get there.

It’s a great strategy to escape the rat race!
