I use white-pages.com the most often.You can also use http://555-1212.com/, or try http://www.blackbookonline.info/ which lists a bunch of various searches.Lately I've just taken to putting the phone number in Bing or Google and running a general search.

I have been searching google for HOURS trying to find out how to do this.
