Has anyone here had any success with Facebook PPC for gaining seller leads? 

I'm not sure if there is a better app or Facebook page to vent on about this stuff, let me know if this is an inappropriate use of this website! 

Before making any decisions, I'd pick up a copy of 'Total Money Makeover' from the library (or post on Facebook and see if you can borrow it from someone.)

Finally, I join the local REIA, and, if I can't attend, seek recommendations in their Meetup or Facebook pages. 

I work by myself in the rest of the the city and have overcome many challenges and therefore learned a tremendous amount in the few deals I've been involved in (commercial and residential).If anyone has any questions for me you can direct message me here or reach me via my Facebook page.I will definitely be asking questions and try to learn as much as possible about all aspects of real estate, here as well as the US.See you on the forums :D 

And rental properties are even more scarce. 400k people moving here this year along with the first installment of employees following their industry (Amazon, Toyota, Facebook, etc).

Yes... you will see advertisements on facebook  Linkdin and even here on BP for super low rates like 5% for private money..
