How are you using Facebook to increase your business?

I am looking to see how Facebook has benefited you marketing wise.

We have a fix and flip company in Chicagoland so we built an audience off the people that enjoy seeing homes restored in their communities and we are almost a year into our page with about 5,000 likes on it with a good audience engagement.

We have sold a house off of our page before and it has also received inquires for construction work so we could remodel to the Bolthouse quality and the design we do.

We have also networked with some individuals that have worked for us and even landed some investors off of Facebook before so I am curious.

Have you used it to acquire properties?

Just solely to build brand awareness in your community?

Sold properties?

How did your adds preform?
