just seems like you have to really make sure thata. youre not getting swindledb. the properties will really rent as fast/easily as we hope at the right price or higherc. the tenants don't destroy the propertyd. the property manager is honest reliable and capableseems to me that if the above all lineup, then all is good....but these are a lot of big IFs, no?

Hi George,Before I answer, I'll tell you I have 15 years, 100+ new construction homes experience.My first suggestion is to be clear about the fact you want detailed bids, this will save you time by weeding out the contractors that can't/wont give you what you want.

By "format" i mean, some of my buyers are tech savvy and like email, some buyers may just want a quick text, and others wont respond to anything but a phone call.So be flexible, and start building relationships.
