It's non stop education that you can't learn from YouTube videos and the mentors are actually there to help you (volunteers, not getting paid).

Also I will be purchasing these properties remotely (from my location) relying solely on pictures and videos.

I have read books, watched videos, attended webinars and so forth.

We're almost finished reading the Beginner's Guide to Real Estate, and we are researching and watching as many videos as we can before we actually go and obtain our license so we'll already have prior knowledge to the Real Estate Investing.

You will have to know how to dominate your local market on social media, search engines, forums, blogging and videos just to name a few.

Youtube has a how to video and you can determine for yourself if you are comfortable doing it.
