Ohio transactional funding
I have clocked a few hours on BP since joining. From many of the forums I have read a brokers license is needed in the state of Ohio for wholesaling. An alternative is to buy the property and then resell to another investor at a higher price in a short time period. FYI I only intend to delay licensing until it fits my budget.
I will need to have the contract for the property and locate a buyer before the double close with the title company.
Is my thought process accurate and does anyone know any good transactional lenders in Ohio?
