If you are going on tho college then I would suggest looking into having your folks cosign and buy a rental to house hack by renting out rooms to other students, if you are not going to college then a job in real estate sales or even construction and remodeling may help you get set up to do a flip property.

If you are looking for someone to just make offers and run comps (not saying you are by any means) then I would recommend finding a college student who is willing to work for some spending cash, who will be leaving the area in a couple years and pay for their license.
