Where to invest in student housing
I'm currently working overseas and would like to start investing in rentals. I'm considering student housing; buying houses and renting individual rooms to university students. My goal is to build a portfolio that would generate strong cash flow. I am open to investing anywhere in the US and would like to get some feedback on where I might focus my research. I know this is a broad question but maybe some of you have some suggestions for where the market might be for high cash flow student housing? Thank you in advance for any feedback!
