That means the last things to worry about are paint and "nice" features (though not to say they are not important), and the first things to worry about are foundations, wirings, plumbing, windows, roofs, concrete, structural issues, over-grown yards, etc.

The only thing I wonder about is why I didn't also install a fan while I was at it (because I didn't gut the ceiling (insulation above it) and the roof is not easy to get on is why).
