I thought it would be a great idea to start making short videos about what I'm learning and start sharing it with my friends on social media.

I have watched numerous real estate investing videos by Graham Stephan & listened to podcasts & I really want to get into real estate.

I am a long distance investor so driving by isn’t really an option but I can find someone on Craigslist to drive around the neighborhood and record video if that turns out to be something I do.I’ve heard horror stories about properties that already tenant occupied so I’m a little worried.

Wholesaling Newbies, need more real time videos/podcasts on cold calling, negotiating with sellers and contractual agreements. 

Also in regards to your renovations, if you get it under contract you can then get an option period to get a contractor in there to verify your renovation estimates (at least in Texas), also if you have the time you would be shocked how much time stuff you can do yourself by watching a few YouTube videos (minus electrical and plumbing...)

I read, watch videos, do tons of research, analyze, sit and compare (for hours sometimes, for fun!

The NYTimes recently reported about the high percentage of bogus/false videos on YouTube. 

Bandit Signs, Billboards, Bus Benches, Youtube video ads with some dude singing "we buy houses" with his banjo.
