This is and has been my approach to the subjectIf you are really having a hard time finding interest I could see the point, and maybe 15-20 years ago that was the case more often.  

But thank you again, I’ve learned through other friends even outside of real estate, that are in charge of hiring, how they can do a quick background scan to see the person’s history and see if anything crazy comes about.

Add in a percentage for PM fees: you may not always want to do it yourself and you need to see the impact on cash flow. 

You don't see the $5,000 to $15,000 mobiles here that you see in the Tampa area where I'm from. 

I would insist an out of town buyer especially if its someone I do not know well, see the home before it closes.

Absolutely amazing to see the younger generations making it happen.

From there-I usually sell the unit while I am on the way back to the office, to a buyer that will never see the home! 

This way, they can see the home on their own and you save on gas money and time.

I always tell them if they like the home and want to see the inside to call me and I can get them inside the home.
