The information strikes me of the No money down RE scams of the past.Time, experience and creativity are the tools required to succeed.

the scam is where they send you fake cashier's check or similar for the amount, and want you to send part of it back in some way in cash.

Here is their latest scam trying to blame USA for Corona.

Scam to sell intrest into a not ready for development project..it will never get the permits..I am very surprised at the negative comments by some posters. 

This could very well be a scam or an inexperienced wholesaler.
