I live in a region where 3 bed 2 bath homes sell for around $120k.I'm interested in looking at apartment buildings in the $300-600k range, though I'm not opposed to more if it makes sense.

He is the expert investor, with a long professional history in commercial and residential,  primarily operating a residential property appraisal company in our region. 

From there, I basically held every underwriting position in the Bank, including running my own credit team in one of the geographic regions (which means that any deal that got done there went through me).

Hi Tony,I'm not sure that this will have everything you're looking for, but the Western PA Regional Data Center has some interesting house and property data.

It seems impossible to me to find deals that will follow the 2% or 50% rules in the Montreal region.  

Gary McGowan runs the York Region Real Estate Investment Club that meets every third Thurs of the month.  

I think you will find the Capitol region a great place to invest in real estate.
