Many of these sellers seem to be targeting far-away, naive investors who will evaluate properties based on where they live, not where the property is located.I'm sure others will provide you feedback on the positives of these properties.At the very least you MUST do your own due diligence and evalute the property, neighborhood, city and rental prospects on your own.
