It would help us to understand the attainability of your goal if you would mention how many flips you have under your belt already.Assuming you are experienced, then I'd say move forward, full speed ahead--you can do it.If you are inexperienced, I would respectfully suggest you change from a $$$-oriented goal to a ### of transactions goal.Why?

@Anirudh Reddy you should NOT depend onthe cops to remove homeless people and squatters unless you verify the local laws and what the police will actually do.HOW are they getting access to the building?

My understanding is reason we use title company/title insurance is to make sure buyer is not responsible for any previous liens, tax or legal issues before closing date.I am trying to understand this at high level so I can have a path forward.
