If you send your realtor 8 houses you want to see, you would typically expect to be able to see them soon... although it might depend on how much demand there is, whether the house is occupied, whether the sellers have put any time restrictions in place, etc.3.

Here are a few other things outside of what i listed previously (scope of work, payment schedule, deadlines, and what is due on completion) .Work hours & conditions- aka if they are doing work on a occupied property, I don't want them there at 5AM or 10PM.

You could refinance either of the properties but the owner occupied property will yield you a lower rate and a higher LTV for the cash out.
