I'd be careful advertising your windfall on an internet forum.

You can have one side of a train track be worth 50% more and have nice tenants while on the other side of the train track .2 miles away it's the hood. 

So far, we've looked into things like septic, property taxes, disaster insurance, plowing/cleaning, cell/internet availability, propane, mold, foundation, roof, airbnb stats, and water supply.

Philippines are cheaper and speak better English, but while they all say they can work the graveyard shift (being 12 hours time difference with EST), you should expect some problems with their internet connections, electricity and floods.

I'd like to train them to look for off market deals in their down time, but mainly just want them to focus on daily operations.Anyways, just curious to the community's high level thougths here.Thanks,Brent
