I do Saturday-Saturday and my big cabin, thought process is if you do Friday-Friday they're having to take off 6 days of work, whereas Saturday-Saturday it's 5. 

( Can't find any info online for the NYC market) Is there a process to try and get the property in a short sale before it goes on auction, If so who needs to be contacted?

There are some lenders who may go hire but you have to really search for them.

You could've hired a cleaning company to do all that.
