I read the forums and it seems to be possible, but most the details I found are for the seller.

Hey everybody, I'm fairly new to BP but have really appreciated all of the helpful feedback from everyone on the forums as I get closer to pulling the trigger on my first REI.

My question to forum members is has anyone ever heard of these types of properties being a good investment?

Search the site for recent forum threads on this subject; you will find a wealth of information.I always recommend that OOS investors look for places that are easier to get to and places that you want to visit since you will be going there regularly.

a majority of the bigger pockets community would agree that multifamily (aka apartment) investing is more lucrative and scalable than single family investing. you are in the right place to find out more about multifamily investing, search the blogs and forums to find all the information you will need.

I wanted to see if anyone on the forums as a portfolio that has a mix of these two types, and what rate of return do you see in comparing them.
