I plan on bumping them, definitely not lowering them.Mine by default are automatically high so that I don't get blind sided with a low price for a 3 day weekend or special event.Once I review them I lower them to MY normal high levels.

Setting up a MLS listing (although one with certain criteria - requires a concierge level service) is minimal time; but driving to see property (DFW is not a small city) takes time with pre-research, scheduling time with you, post-research, etc.

We have achieved our current level of income very recently, within the last few months - we were making pretty much just enough to pay our debts before that.Now that we have a bit more disposable income, I started looking around at different investment vehicles for retirement about a month ago with the goal of retiring by age 40 (in 12 years).

This is based on my comfort level and previous experience working on properties.

Or as an alternative, just letting a professional handle leveling the floor and putting LVP down.

Factors like these will show the level of confidence people have in buy and hold real estate in your market.
