They aren't very hard to fill out so long as you keep good records.I believe the rule is that it is still considered a single-member LLC (and thus easier to file) if both members are married.

Our credentials and experience are very good but we haven't aquired many leads yet (we've been doing contractor work to fill our time in between inspections (we are licensed contractors as well)).
