I'm located in the Bloomfield/Clifton NJ I'm looking to get some information regarding getting started to birddog homes can anyone recommend where I should start

They may be willing to pay you a few thousand dollars just to bird-dog the deal for them and they'll take assignment and make it their deal.

Good Idea I think I do need to replace the carpet the carpet depending on how bad the carpet is damaged she had dogs and she let them poop all over the place smh.  

He has a dog and loves the water so something on the outside of nashville closer to some water where he can take his pontoon would be great.If you have a realtor in mind that you might recommend or can give an indication of what areas to stay away from that would be helpful as well.  

I've dealt with leaking roofs, big dogs, tenants losing jobs, one even spent couple weeks in jail... but I'm happy that I've been able to learn from my mistakes so early in my investment journey, and at a time when I could easily afford it!

I  have been extremely careful with bulk purchases like that...unfortunately you typically end up with 1 or 2 producers and a bunch of dogs (basically what Matt said).  

I would visit your local REIA meetings and see who could use a "bird dog".

Typically it would be a, 'bird-dog' or referral fee. 

The two things that come to mind is "bird dogging" and whole selling homes.
