Hi all,

Hoping someone might be able to help me help a friend out that is moving from Florida to Nashville, TN in the next 4 weeks.  He is looking to possibly buy, rent or rent to own.  He or I understand the different markets of Nashville, but I do know that he will be working for UBS bank so I am not sure what part of town that is in.  He has a dog and loves the water so something on the outside of nashville closer to some water where he can take his pontoon would be great.

If you have a realtor in mind that you might recommend or can give an indication of what areas to stay away from that would be helpful as well.  I believe he is trying to stick to a monthly housing budget of <1000/mo.  thanks for the help in advance.

Brent
