@Jordan Feiner the information that @Scott Mac provided is dead on with what you should do otherwise if you're just sending out mailers it will come across as a wholesaler or agent.If you have specific homes in mind the best option is to go over and introduce yourself to the owners and if the homes are actually dream homes then there should not be as much of a price restriction compared to a standard investment purchase.Also, your Realtor should be able to assist in this process as they can do some of the door knocking on your behalf and can target certain homes in the market.
