hello everyone i used to be a member a while back and got a email from Brandon and sat in his webinar today with my business partner/ fiance and said self why not re create your profile and share with the world of bigger pockets what I'm doing in NYC.  

As well, I like to connect with like minded individuals.  

I'm not sure if any of that info (sqft, bed/bath) is tied to the title or anything or if the realtors just create the MLS listing based on the visual of the house having 2 bath. 

I ask you because m looking for someone to help me create the same thing, thanks.

After you described what you wanted to do, did they present you with individual properties to look at or give you a list to sift through?

There are of course (sneaky) ways to inspect the property without tenant being aware of the sale discussion (posing as insurance agent etc), however I do not want to run this business in a sneaky way, and even create a perception of being scam-y or sneaky with the customers... 

Amanda,Yes, I think that individual's like yourself who are tenacious, self driven, and hard working should open their mind to all the opportunities (not just real estate) that exist where their drive can result in rewarding and profitable work.
