All I'm trying to say is that numbers can be deceiving so don't just input them into an Excel spreadsheet and expect what you see on screen to mimic reality.There's a lot of things that go on behind the scenes, things that I had to learn over time by actually doing... and did not initially account for when running my cash flow numbers.

Get a Zagg wireless keyboard attachment...it will make you much more productive...you can type on a regular sized keyboard, which is much faster than the on-screen keyboard (in my opinion)...

This really isn't any different than sourcing money from an institutional investor aside from the fact that most platforms have junior processes for screening and don't offer other upside like introductions to anchor tenants for large projects, etc.
