Will this be viewed as discrimination?
Hi,
My husband (who doesn’t read bigger pockets) just told a prospective renter he might not choose her because she plans to practice guitar and sing daily in the upstairs of our home. I am very concerned that this could be viewed as discriminatory. Did he just open us up to a lawsuit if he doesn’t pick her since she is a musician by profession?

I dont believe this falls under a "protected class", so it wouldn't be discriminatory.
