I've started to write a blog about my progress as a way of staying focussed, the way I figure is, it's easy to set a goal, keep to yourself and quit when you're getting no results, but if you're telling the world, there's pretty much no way back .And feedback, both positive and negative are in my opinion the best ways to insure that I am delivering on my word.Looking forward to chatting with you too!

You will read books and blogs about the tax advantages of owning rentals, and schedule one or more meetings with your CPA to discuss ways to improve your next return.Your first return is not going to be particularly complicated, or save you a lot of money.

I see that member blogs are now under the "Learn" tab.No, i never used task manager and won't miss it.

As I gained some experience and some confidence I got more and more involved, started blogging and began to expand my investing strategy.I come back to BP because I learn something new everyday and hopefully I am able to help someone daily as well.
